“The Mighty and the Small”

Answer: Once, a lion was sleeping in a forest. Suddenly, a mouse came there. It did not notice the lion, and it ran across the lion’s nose. The lion woke up with a loud roar, shaking the trees around him. The frightened mouse tried to scurry away, but the lion’s large paw trapped it. “Please let me go!” the mouse squeaked. “One day, I might be able to help you in return.”

The lion laughed at the tiny mouse’s request. “You? Help me? How could you possibly help a mighty lion like me?” he said, amused by the idea. But seeing the mouse so scared, the lion decided to release it. A few days later, the lion was caught in a hunter’s net. Struggling to break free, the lion roared in frustration. Hearing the roar, the mouse rushed to the scene. It nibbled at the ropes of the net with its sharp teeth until the lion was freed.

“You were right,” the lion said, grateful. “Even the smallest creature can help the mightiest of beasts.” The mouse smiled and replied, “Remember, it’s not size that matters, but the strength of the heart.” And from that day on, the lion and the mouse became the best of friends.

The Mighty and the Small: Bangla Meaning
